Hire costs and charges
PLEASE NOTE:
- Bookings must be made in the name of the hirer
- Villagers may not book at village rates for outside hiring
- Full payment to cover the hire must be received 7 days prior to the hire date
- When booking, please remember to include sufficient hire time for preparation and cleaning up after your event. Preparation and clearing time must also be paid for.

DEPOSITS
- Deposits are payable at time of booking
- Deposits are payable via cash, cheque, or bank transfer, payable at time of booking.
- Deposits will be returned intact subject to any breach of the hiring agreement.

Deductions to cover additional costs or damage will be made if appropriate.
