ENTRIES
- When submitting entries, each artist must include:
- name
- address
- phone number
- email address (if you have one)
- web site address (if you have one).
Web addresses will be added to the artist’s artwork page. Please be assured that no other contact details will be publicly accessible.
- photograph (for 3D pieces please submit more than one photograph to show from different angles)
- title of piece
- whether framed or unframed. If framed, please give details of frame
- dimensions in centimetres (h x w x d). If framed these should include the frame
- medium including surface (e.g. acrylic on canvas board, acrylic on stretched canvas, ink on eco paper, granite etc)
- price or NFS
- Each artist may submit up to 6 pieces. If you have already sent in 3 pieces and have further pieces that you would like to enter, please do send those.
- If you have not yet submitted anything, but intend to, it would be really helpful if you could let Jane know so that creation of your artwork page can happen ahead of time and the spacing on the exhibition page itself can be worked on.
- Please send your pieces as soon as you can - the absolute deadline for submission of exhibition pieces is 12 noon on Tuesday 30th June.
- Once received your photos will be processed and uploaded to the website. Your artwork page will then be created and a screenshot sent to you. Please do check for any errors and let us know as soon as possible.
RESERVES & LATE ENTRIES
- If you wish to submit more than 6 pieces, then please do. They will be held in a Reserves folder. The plan is to add them at regular intervals during the exhibition. They will be advertised on Facebook to help maintain online interest in the Exhibition throughout July.
- We can receive late entries but ONLY if you have already submitted at least one piece by the deadline. We will be unable to add an artist after this time – only pieces. Late pieces will be added to the Reserves folder.
PROFILE TEXT
It has been suggested that it would be nice if each artist had some profile text on their artwork page. This would look good but is absolutely optional. If you would like to add some info then please do send it to [email protected] (by the deadline) and it will be added to the top of your page. Nothing too long please! An example below:
"Stanley is a pleasure painter and enjoys painting with acrylics though occasionally dabbles with watercolour.
Preferring to paint landscapes, Stanley is happy to be leave his comfort zone with RampArts' topics including still life and collage"
